Barry Butler, MD

Barry Butler, MD, uses care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patients lives. Dr. Butler takes a ‘whole person’ approach in care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Butler, will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized wellness plan to suit each patient’s individual needs. Under the supervision and care of our caring and skilled physician, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.

Aaron J. Fralicker, ARNP

Aaron is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Aaron is a Jacksonville, Florida native and relocated to southwest Florida in 2017 with his wife and two sons. He worked as a registered nurse for eight years, with five of those years at the Mayo Clinic in north Florida. Aaron is passionate about integrative medicine and is dedicated to providing his patients with the utmost care and compassion. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and co-owns the organic wellness company, Elderberry Elixir.

Mikayla Otzko, PA-C

Mikayla Otzko is a certified Physician Assistant who brings an energetic, comprehensive, and integrated approach to primary care at Physicians Medical Group of SWFl. As an active fitness enthusiast, she is deeply passionate about helping patients achieve long-term wellness by bridging the gap between traditional medicine and musculoskeletal health.
Mikayla manages all aspects of primary care including routine preventative wellness exams, women’s health, chronic disease management, and acute illnesses while collaborating closely with our rehab team to optimize joint, nerve, and muscle function.
